Static Website

This is my first attempt at showcasing what I have learned on AWS. I'm a firm believer in getting my hands dirty and making mistakes from which I can learn. This website is hosted on AWS and integrates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (I had some help from Chat GPT, but playing around with the configurations forced me to learn some Java and edit things manually as it was more time efficient). The file has been uploaded to an S3 (Simple Storage Service) bucket that has been configured for static website hosting with public access. Using Route 53, I was able to use a custom domain for my resume. To complete this project, I ensured my site was secure by integrating a TLS Certificate (for data encryption) with AWS Certificate Manager, and used CloudFront distribution that allowed me to apply the certificate to the S3 bucket. This is first my time attempting to integrate multiple AWS services, but it has given me the confidence and a curiosity for undertaking larger projects that can challenge me.
